I used it in these easy-to-make Paleo Red Velvet Pancakes, giving them a lovely red hue and boost in nutrition without any hassle.
These healthy red velvet pancakes are free of gluten, grains, and dairy and are sweetened with a little maple syrup.
Recipe makes 8 pancakes, using 1/4 cup batter per each
These pancakes were topped with tahini, slivered almonds and bee pollen.
