I posted the recipe for these Jicama Fries on my Instagram a few weeks ago. Since this is such a simple recipe, I hesitated putting it on my blog. But that’s what my blog is about – simple, healthy, low sugar, delicious recipes that are easy to make. So here it is: Basil Jicama Fries.
The amount of seasoning you add is really up to you! Jicama doesn’t have much flavor in my opinion, so go all out with the dried basil 😉
For this particular meal, I had kale massaged in olive oil, jicama fries, 2 pasture raised eggs and a few raw pecans.
