I’m definitely not the first person to create my own banana bread recipe, nor will I be the last. In fact, I debated even posting this because there are so many banana bread recipes floating about. But since I have received many requests I decided to share the recipe I have been using lately. Besides, this Protein Banana Bread is so simple to make, satiating and healthy that not putting it on my blog would be some-what of a crime 😉
Without further ado, here’s my simple Protein Banana Bread recipe…
*I have not tried substituting with any other protein powder, so I’m not sure whether the results will be the same. I have been using this brand/flavor because I’ve had it sitting in my pantry for a while. I like that it is unflavored and doesn’t contain any sweeteners, therefore can be used in many recipes.
I often add extra ingredients to this basic banana bread recipe, such as granola, nuts or shredded coconut for some added flavor and texture.
Yum!! Sounds so good and love that there’s only a handful of ingredients!

Protein Banana bread is one of my favorite. I regularly eat this bread. Great protein source. I also take Tofu or chicken breasts as a great protein source.
