Guys, this recipe is almost too good to be true. Why? Because not only are these muffins grainless, but they are egg-free, dairy-free and do not have ANY added sugar. Yah, pretty amazing if I’d say so myself.
These Grainless Cinnamon Pear Muffins consist of just 10 simple ingredients. They are sweet from the pears, but not too much that you feel you are eating a dessert. These muffins make great snacks, on-the-go breakfasts or after-dinner nightcaps.
*If you do not have a food processor you can blend the pears in a blender and then transfer to a large mixing bowl. The dough should turn out similarly.
**I let these muffins sit out overnight to dry out a bit because they are quite moist. They can keep on the counter for a couple days, or be kept in the fridge for a week.
These Grainless Cinnamon Pear Muffins are fabulous on their own or topped with any sort of nut butter, jam, yogurt or syrup.
